Application: our DLEAB to be applied as an entry board at NC drilling for Multi-layer, HDI, BGA and IC substrate in PCB industry.

Characteristics：GK DLEAB resin is the innovative new formula patented material which is imported from Japan. The resin quality is water-based thermosetting adhesive. It’s not sticky when touching the surface that is one of our outstanding advantages over other brand’s lubricant products. We found that most of the lubricant products now in the market are with solvent based or with solvent mandatory primer which are apt to stick to the surface contacted when stored and are easy to block the hole but not easy to be removed and clean up that will cause seriously fatal bonding problem when the welding electric elements for PCB board.
