MISR ELHEGAZ produces flexible intermediate FIBC under strict QC procedures.
Bags are rested according to BS EN ***8:***1 and are issued with individual test certificate to the safe working load and safety factor .the precision control of the manufacturing processes, state of the art quality lab , and the use of high caliber personnel are key to a quality jumbo bag that consistently meets the customer requirements for function and performance . furthermore, to ensure that the customer receives a consistent quality product all components of the FIBC right from the inner liners , polypropylene tape and stitching threads to the lifting loops are produced in _ house and tested for compliance . Misr El-Hegaz has an approved system of auditing performance ensuring that bags are supplied to customers specification as well as international quality standard.
