Description

High pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace is a kind of vacuum heat treatment equipment , which has Pressurizing and gas cooling function(absolute pressure of ≤0.6MPa ).
It can be used for high speed steel, ,mold steel ,high temperature alloy die steel, stainless steel and other materials to do heat-treatment and Stainless steel solid solution treatment.
Technical characteristics:
There are two categories:one with graphite interior , the other with metal interior .
 
For general materials , the furnace with graphite interior is used, its heating element is graphite rod , heat screen is carbon felt and ceramic belt.
 
For the titanium alloy, soft magnetic alloys etc. special parts, the furnace with metal interior is used, its heating element is molybdenum, heat screen is molybdenum and stainless steel.
 
For the temperature control, intelligent temperature controller is used , for motion control using  imported programmable controller (Japans Mitsubishi Corporation).
Speciality:
Frequency control , the use of high-power adjustable speed motor for cooling , isothermal quenching achieved and the workpiece shape can be controlled effectively.  
Using converter circulator blower , at **0℃ in high-purity gas convection heating to increase  heating efficiency at low temperature.
