The red vanilla is for industrial use, mostly the manufacturing of oleoresins and natural extracts. There are two types of red vanilla: the more dried US red vanilla and the more flexible and moister Europe vanilla. The red vanilla is mostly purchased and used by North-American manufacturers.

The red Vanilla can be split or not split, with a size of *3 cm or longer.

According to customer requirements, we can offer a size of *2 cm and longer.

Vanillin content :         1,4 1,8%

Moisture content :       ****0%

color :                        brown with reddish variegation

Apperance /feel :         similar to European red but more blemishes and dryer/stiffer
