embedded IC real-time OS, perfect combination of digital simulating
pointer and digital code. It have many levels voltage output (
**0V,**0V,***0V,***0V,***0V,****0V), big capacity, strong
anti-interference, one time showing simulating pointer and digital,
AC/DC selectable, easy operation, auto calculate absorption ratio
and polarization index, crash-proof function. It is idea test
instrument for big capacity transformer, motor, power generator,
electrical capacitor/cable and arrestor.
