Basic figuration and features :

1. Vertical or Horizental hot plate design;
2. The transmission system can be pneumatic, hydraulic or servo motor control;
3. It can be used to weld larger parts or small parts with complicate shapes;
4. The machine size can be determined by the parts to be welded;
5. The welding process can be fully automatic or semi automatic as per request;
6. The welding program can be adjusted according to the material of the parts to be welded.
7. Three-axis servo-control enables high precision and repeatability.
8. Simens PLC working with Touch screen, enables convenient operation.
9. Jokab safety relay and safety curtain secure safe operation.

Introduction:            

Voltage: power supply adaptability. When the power supplyvoltage fluctuate within the range of ±*0%,
 the amplitude deviation of this machine will not excess 5um due to its unique design in the electrical circuit, which makes more stable weld.  


Operation mode：

Multiple welding modes are available, but the standard machine adopts Time mode. 


Resonate system protection: 


The protection against:

1) Excessive deviation in frequency  
2) Over-current 
3) Over-loaded   
4) Abnormal temperature in the generator


The electrical circuit system can effectively avoid the malfunction 
during the operation, thus having enhanced the welding precision and reduced reject rate. 


Mechanical structure:


Round guiding column is adopted in this machine, which
decreased the reject rate of the welding.
