Round Jet Diffusers

Design:

1. The jet diffuser consists of frame, a nozzle and a collar.
2. The nozzle can be tilted ±*0° in any direction relative to the frame.
3. The collar conceals the surface fixing.
4. The jet diffuser is available in two different versions to fit rectangular ducts or fit the ends of circular ducts.

Materials and surface treatment: 

The nozzle and collar are made from anodized aluminum and is finished in our pure white standard paint, RAL ***0. The frame is made from galvanized sheet steel. The jet diffuser can also be supplied in our standard color.

Planning:

The easiest way to determine dimensions for different over- or under-temperatures is by using the Pro Air web diffuser selection program on our website. Diagram 1 shows the vertical penetration depth for various values of it.

Installation:

Any holes that are required should be cut in accordance with the dimension tables. The jet diffuser is fixed to the duct side or wall using screws. The collar is then pushed on to the frame so that the spring clips hold it.

Maintenance:

The jet diffuser does not require any special maintenance, but should be cleaned as necessary with a mild detergent solution.
