Product Description:
The series double screw extruders with appropriate screws,dies and other auxiliaries machine can directly extrude thermoplastic,especial PVC powder into Pipe, sheet, board and profile,
The extruders are drived by A.C motor or D.C motor(optional) with a transducer or D.C timing device to regulate motor speed . It is also equipped with the elecrtric current over-load protection device,screw transplacement stoppage alarming device and gear box oild starvation alarming device . The screw core is heated by circulation of oil and the barrel is heated by casting aluminum heater and cooled by fan,it aslo include vacuum venting and forced feeding device.
