The rubber refiner is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber.
Features:
The roll is made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron, with
a very wear-resistant surface, both the front and rear rolls are
through finely polished, with good machining of inner cavity, the
working temperature of the roll surface therefore will be highly
even.
The bearing is adopted with antifriction bearing.
It is equipped with overload protection device, which will make the
main component free from damage while overloading during
running.
There is an emergency stop device, pull the safety bar in case of
any incident, the equipment will stop running immediately to
prevent personnel injury and machine damage.
Scraper and winding device are set on this machine, thus the
reclaimed rubber compound could be easily took down from the
winding roller.
