production line is used for producing the commodity of automotive seat,armrest etc, 

adopting (2c)PU foaming machine and pouring by robot, it is continuous pouring.

Turntable diameter:*0m,*0 pieces of pneumatic mold carrier can be placed on turntable

(mold carrier dimension:***0x**0x**0mm), adopting auto identification for identifying mold carrier, connecting with foaming machine by communication cable to achieve the mode of automotive seat production. Requiring compact structure, safety operation&maintenance. Heating by 2 sets of mold temperature controller (*8Kw), temperature control water and cable all are connected by flexible pipe, main drive adopts chain drive, driving the whole production line movement by frequency geared motor with brake through Chainwheels box.
