Machines are dissembled but the montage and releasing one in running is already arraigned and paid with one Italian company for consulting as well as installation new part for cutting diapers with rotation so that the water jet system is not necessary any more for 4 sizes as well as making leg cuffs from two parts.
Producing baby diapers in 4 sizes Mini, Midi, Maxi and Junior: The avg. production is: **0 diapers/ min, Mini, Midi, Maxi and Junior. Appr. **0 **0 diapers/shift , 8 working hours ( depends on quality of raw material and skill)
Description of the machine : Baby diaper machine for the manufacture of contoured diapers, with elicitation , the MD and FCM Series of machine provides the full range of product sizes and types of packing that todays markets impose upon the manufacture. The machine is very versatile and produces high-quality products from commercial raw material with a minimum of waste, down time and maintenance. The following features :* Positive drives on all material rolls.* Continuous operation with flying transfer of material rolls.* Uniform elastic tensioning for rubber or polyurethane elastic yarn.* New cutting system that replaces old water jet system as well as new system for leg cuffs from two pieces. There are two water jet system on both machines but the installation of new part for knife cutting of 4 sizes of diapers and new system for the leg cuffs from two pieces of material instead the old one from one is already arraigned and paid so that on this way the machine is more efficient and it consumes smaller quantity of electricity and material.

We also have design for the packaging already reedy and paid.
