Produced from fresh high quality full fat milk by a spray drying process. A creamy white powder - available in an instantised, semi instantised (agglomerated), or standard form. Also available with *6% or *8% fat.

SKIMMED MILK POWDER
Skimmed milk powder is manufactured by spray-drying fresh pasteurised skim milk. After hydration, the product is, a good replacer for fresh milk.

FAT FILLED MILK POWDER
Manufactured by combining top quality skimmed milk powder with specifically prepared vegetable oils. Available as instantised or non instantised for industrial applications, and coffee stable.
