Sidama coffee is a market or brand name for Arabica coffee originating from the southern highlands of Ethiopia near and around the place called ''Sidama'' or ''Sidamo''. It is pleasantly aromatic and exhibits well balanced acidity and body of good quality. It has a very rich and complex floral specialty taste with underlying spicy accent and a touch of winy flavor.



Light roast is best to compliment bright cup and retain its pleasant flavor. Sidama coffee is available both as washed and dry-processed.
