Sintered NdFeB Magnet Coming out in early ***0s,NdFeB permanent magnetic material is now widely applied in information industry,  defense industry, wind power, home appliance, instruments and apparatus, medical equipment, and magnetic instruments etc. Its main constituent is Nd2Fe*4B, which has high magnetic performance. Its maximum energy density (BH)max is over *0 times as high as that of ferrite magnet; maximum working temperature up to **0 centigrade. Also, it has good mechanical behavior, which is for various processing, such as abrasive cutting, linear cutting and boring so on. While , because of bad anticorrosion, the surface of magnet need to be handled with various coating, such as Zn Ni Au Epoxy .






























































































































According to the demands, they can be made to arc segments, blocks, rings and discs and widely used for DC motors, loudspeakers, reed switch operation, magnetic separator assemblies and general holding devices etc. The un-magnetized blocks can be used for diamond cutting machines to match customers' exact specification.
