FD****-FD***5 Fluoroelastomer FKM is incorporated copolymer of
Vinylidene fluorideaa(VDF or VF2) and HFP

Ingredients: incorporated copolymer of Vinylidene fluoride((VDF or
VF2) and hexafluoropropylene(HFP), containing curing system and
various additives and filler.


Characteristics: proprietary curing agent compounding and bonding
adhesion technology, excellent metal bonding adhesion, processing and
mold release properties.


Processing: suitable for producing gaskets, valve stem ring, Auto oil
seals, valve oil seal, Framework Oil Seal and oil seals of various
rubber assemblies


Curing system:Bisphenol

Note: Properties of Fluoroelastomer compounds depend on formulation,

Processing methods:

Fluoroelastomer Compounds FD****-FD***5 is suitable for producing oil
seals by compression molding and transfer molding. It can be re-mixed
in open mixing mill if necessary. FKM Compounds FD****-FD***5 has good
storage stability and resistance to scorch
