Application The Hipot tester is composed by the
test transformer and voltage control unit. The tester is applied in
insulation test of power equipment and insulation materials in
power frequency. Hipot tester is low cost and easy to operation.
That makes the tester is widely applied in insulation test whose
test voltage and capacity are not high
