Description:

Shiitake has been revered in Asia for thousands of years as health care food, Which is rich in protein ,low in fat. it is consider as King of the mushroom. This mushroom contains complete kinds of amino acids , multivitamin and polysaccharide.

Benefits:

1. Shiitake mushroom have the effects of preventing and curing cancer, raising immunity, defending senescence and prolonging life, reducing blood fat , treating high blood pressure, lowering cholesterol.

2. Shiitake is used medically for many diseases involving diabetes, tuberculosis, infectious hepatitis, neuritis.

3. Shiitake can help to improve dyspepsia, regulate the disease of constipation.

 

Shiitake have some strong selling points, the caps, **5cm inches in diameter, have a chewy texture and a full-bodied aromatic flavor. They are low in calories and low in fat.

      The process of rearing and cultivating

a) The temperature requirements: growth temperature range of fruit body is ***8 degrees Celsius, differentiation temperature needs ****7 degrees Celsius, fruit body requires around 8 degrees Celsius temperature stimulation.

b) The humidity requirements: mushroom in the midst of humidity in the mushroom bud differentiation stage at around *0% for suitable; fruit body growth stage to be suitable for *5%, the moisture content of *2% for cultivation.

c) The illumination requirements: according to the different requirements of customers to determine the light scattering light or direct light.

d) Air requirements: mushroom bud formation stage requires appropriate concentrations of carbon dioxide, in favor of evoked mushroom bud formation. The fruiting stage requires sufficient fresh air, in general , on the afternoon of the ventilation time, generally about *0 minutes is appropriate( according to the external wind adjust ventilation time).
