Our company received "exclusive" supply access to large
volume, consistent, quality, silicon in whole, broken, blue
tape form. A large % of silicon on whole/broken/blue tape
wafers indeed, are functional. We have tens of millions of
cmos imager, NAND flash, DRAM, microcontrollers, dsp\'s, linear,
discrete, analog, sensor (temp, motion, sound, heat, light,
electrical, signal), eproms, mosfed, asics, so many others.
The barriers and facility processing capabilties required
within an operation, o acquire this limited access flow of
materials, have become significantly more difficult and
excessively expensive. My company is "uniquely" and
strategically aligned with a highly strategic base of IC producers
- by virtue of very advanced technology processes, EH&S
compliant operations, completion of rigourous on site audit, highly
controlled and monitored array of treatment lines, etc. We also
flow *0,**0 kgs per month or more of whole, mono, high res, thick,
> 1 ohm cm, boron doped, IC grade wafer and broken
silicon.
