HIGH EFFICIENCY
High efficiency of heat
transfer coefficient depends on the sheet halves of the internal
structure of the corrugation, in order to reach the most effective
channel of the inclined turbulence effect, to form a countercurrent
heat exchanger to reduce the volume of fluid retained in the sheet,
the optimum for effective thermal effects. BAVI plate heat

WIDE CONTACT AREA
Our product of pressed plate,
"double herringbone" shaped embossed sheet is stronger than other

Avoid the dead zone phenomenon generated by the fluid flowing

exchanger in the minimum temperature difference of
5℃,
plate heat exchanger is usually the minimum temperature difference
is greater than 3℃,
while BAVI saving energy in the plate heat exchanger is usually
minimal less or equal to 1℃
temperature difference can
equal a good run.
