Description

Our recoil airlines are manufactured from our flexible nylon tube. These can be supplied with or without fittings and standard 4 tails. Mainly used in conjunction with air operated hand tools the superb spring form memory allows the coil and hand tool to recoil from the immediate working area. Standard colour black, other colours available. All standard recoils supplied with plain ends, or C/W 1/4 BSP swivel tapermale fittings and spring guards.

 

WORKING PRESSURES AND TEMPERATURES

 

The working pressures quoted within the charts are based on the short term burst pressure calculated at *0°C using a **1 safety factor. Working and burst pressures of semi-rigid nylon is approximately *0% higher than for flexible nylon. Maximum recommended continuous working temperature is *0°C and occasional limited periods of up to **0°C. For elevated temperatures up to **0°C with intermittent use up to **0°C for limited periods then a semi rigid nylon should be used. Any increases in temperatures above *0°C will affect the short term burst pressure quoted, see graph and example. Minimum operating temperature **0°C.
