Low salt pickles, jam, candied fruit: 0.5 g/kg

Wine, fruit wine, jelly: 0.8 g/kg

Soy sauce, vinegar, sauce (not including cans), fruit juice beverages (taste): 1.0 g/kg

Fruit juice:1.0 g/kg

·1) Used in Preserving foods, fats, fruit juices, alkaloidal solutions etc

·2) Used in manufacture of Benzoates and Benzoyl compounds, dyes as a mordant in calico printing

·3) Used in Plasticizers, Perfumes, and Dentifrices

·4) Used as anti microbial agent, Bacteriostatic & Bactericidal agent in medicines

·5) Used as an anti fungal agent

·6) Excellent chain terminator in Polymerisation Process
