Description

We make Biltong Chili bites and Jerky from game venison meats. We use Kudu, Eland, Giraffe, Oryx, Springbuck, Ostrich, and Warthog. We use freshly hunted animals to produce the product and no growth enhancing hormones or drugs in the meat. The product is cured in brine and spices, salt, pepper, chili, and coriander. After curing the product gets packaged in **0 gram vacuumed sealed plastic bags which is bundled in *0 kilogram carton boxes and packed *5 cartons per aircraft pallet.
