CHARACTERISTICS:

* Each of the glue rolls controlled by separate transducer motor to ensures all rolls run with same pace, also run singly.

* Flexible gear drive to run the machine defter, durable, credible.

* Modularity design for driving device, which it is easier to alter from two layer to three layer.

* The new scroll device for moving out the glue system, which is convenient to maintenance and quicker to change.

* Controlling glue quantity:
A. Manual controlling: Press the button that controls motor to adjust the clearance, to ensure paste enough glue.
B. Auto-controlling: The coder and PLC auto-controls according to change of speed.
And with inter-face appear control, to ensure glue when machine work in high or slow speed and the corrugated paper quality.

* there is one more device on each layer to avoid the glue drop on the running board.

* Stop machine, contact bar raise automatic, glue roller revolve automatically

* Pressure roll and contact bar are optional for customer.
