WL Screw Conveyor has its unique characteristics. Compared with other type machines, its bicephalous bearings have been installed outside the shell. The hanger bearing has rolling and sheave interconverted structure with a dust-proof sealed appliance, the sealed material is nylon or plastic which can give a better seal effect and enduring performance. Cleaning device is installed beside the discharge port. 
And other advantages are: low noise, agility adaption, flexible work location easy installation and maintenance.
Material requirement: powder, granule, patch and scattered material such as cement, dust coal, food, fertilizer, sand. The temperature must be less then **0℃. Not suitable for the materials which can be easily deteriorated, with viscosity and easily caked.
