Procedures:
1. Buyer Profile with his Company Registration details is
given along with discharge Port and Buyer Banker details
2. SPA with our details is released, mutually agreed, filled
and signed
3. DLC verbiage appproved simultaneously
4. If Buyer needs to visit, must be done immediately and then
the non-operative DLC must be issued B2B.
5. 2% PB will be issued from our Bank to activate the
DLC
6. Delivery if to Asia or Middle East will take totally *0
days, ***0 days for Preshipment formalities and *5 days for Dubai,
****2days for Asia for Shipping line to reach the
goods.
Further, Sir, let me put a few points very clearly :-
1. L/C is required only as a security - we will
not encash it, Buyer pays by MT**3 after Discharge Port SGS. This
is to show that we trust the Buyer.
2. 2% PBG will activate the non-op DLC
3. Material arriving
tonight/tomorrow - once you get the confirmations of the
above + price and procedures, you will have to give us the Buyer
Profile + Bank and discharge Port details. We shall release the
SPA. Once SPA signed, then DLC verbiage to be approved and then if
needed, the Buyer can inspect the goods in Dar es Salam and issue
the DLC without further delay. Otherwise, issue the DLC
immediately, if visit is not needed.
4. No Loading Port Inspection Reports are available which
please note, only Assay Report from the Country of Origin, which
please note. Buyer inspection is allowed for Buyer to
confirm.
