•Usage:
·Low Sugar:Suitable for making sugar-free and low sugar bread(in double containing **7% sugar).
·High sugar:Suitable for making sweet or oil bread( n double containing ***8% sugar).
•Dosage:
·0.**0.5% of the flour's use amount for low sugar yeast.
·0.**1.2% of the flour's use amount for high sugar yeast.
•Storage:Store in cool and dry places.
•How to use:
·Mix the dry yeast into flour,add water and stir well,or knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.
