Working principle:
 
Loyaltop series air-cooled chain grate stoker is an efficient, smokeless coal burner which is suitable for use with wide range of fuels, particularly smalls. The grate is renowned its supreme air flow characteristics. Different grades of grate links can be supplied depending on the fuel quality.
 
The stoker features the unique firebreak unit, which eliminate the danger of burnback in any condition, including shutdowns and emergencies. Water-cooled side cheeks, and the unit's ability to interface with Building Management System, create an unprecedented degree of automation, and make substantial cost savings possible.
 
When the size of the combustion units is transportable, We pours the refractory inside its combustion chambers in the shop.  Field installation time can be cut back considerably by having the refractory installed in the shop.  Most vendors have the refractory installed on site were quality assurance can become an issue.  In this case, we can send professional and experiences workers for pouring the refractory in site.
 
 
Technical advantages

4) Long life-span: the combustion chamber frame is made by high strength steel and lined by poured heat resistant cement and firebricks. The grate bar is made by heat resistant alloy steel. The normal life-span can reach 6 years.
