1 gasifier solid substance progress description
Use explosion-proof electric hoist add the coal to the storage bunker, fill the coal into the gasifier from the coal storage bunker in batches by stoker, the coal in the gasifier go to the dry distillation segment at first. The coal in the dry distillation segment slowly down and go through the dry and distillation process. Firstly, the water in the coal is dried out, as coal continually going down, the temperature goes up, tar and most sulfides are retorted out, and become hydrocarbons and light tar and are brought outside the furnace by upper segmental gas.
After drying retorting, the semi- coke coal properties continually down, into the gasification section, and after the oxidation -reduction reaction, form the mixed gas with carbon monoxide and hydrogen gas as the main components. Coal ash and very small part coal which is not involved in the reaction in the form of ash continually down, and is cleared out of the furnace by ash knife. 
 
2 gasifier gaseous substances process description
As the gasifying agent, air and water vapor enter into the furnace from the bottom drum, In the ********0 ℃ conditions, redox reacted with the semi- coke coal which enter the gasification section.the gas run up in two parts, one part raise up through the lower part gas mezzanine channel, indirectly pass its heat to the coal through the refractories, assist the dry distillation and drying process, ensure that the coal can be dried and dry distilled sufficiently during the process of coming down.At last this part of the gas exported out from lower segment gas outlet is called lower segment gas. And another part of the gas go in the gas generation material layer, enter into the dry distillation section, directly contact  the slowly down gasification coal, and pass its heat directly to the gasification coal, conduct the above described dry distillation , drying process, at the same time, produce a portion of high calorific value gaseous alkanes -based carbonization gas. This part of upstream gas and carbonization gas which is produced during dry distillation is exported from the upper segment gas outlet, becoming the upper section gas.
