approved by the Malacca state government on *4 April ***4 . This is
the first private company that have a development order from sate
of malacca to build own operate Electric Train (LRT) project in
Malaysia, Malacca state is a tourist destination The train will
start from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA ) to Malacca
state which the distance is about **0 km.It will consist of 2
terminals and *8 stations. Beside this we will do a japan
technology power turbine which can produce electricity from sea
water to generate power for this Electric Train.
We will also develops some potential areas a long the railway track
as pocket development . The total cost of this projects is
estimated USD 1.5 - 2.0 Billion . The conservative revenue
estimation is USD **0 - **0 million per year.
we must submit the master plan and feasibility study before the
construction starts. This project is Private Funding Initiative ,at
the moment we need USD *0 million to do the master plan and

stations ,train will en route by existing roadside reserve between
Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor state.
• The selective terminal station will
include other supporting development or pocket development to
capture the economic spin and to increase the potential of
development spill over.
• One main terminal in Malacca will
support the "Malacca Gateway" site directly from KLIA as
complementary to public amenity infrastructure.
• Each train is equipped with **6
coaches designed with green and environmentally friendly.
• Each coach has a maximum passenger
capacity of **0 **0 people at one time.
• Train is medium speed High-tech
electrical train either from Europe , China or Korea
• Medium-speed MRT trains with the
maximum speed of **0km per hour and Monorail with the maximum speed
**0km per hour
• Travel from Kuala Lumpur International
Airport (KLIA 1 and 2) to Melaka City via Seremban City will take
within 1 hour *0 minutes
• The electric train will be supported
by own source of electrical power Turbine Generator in selective
sport. This plant will use seawater conversion to produce
electricity power.
• Estimated cost of the project is USD 2
billion
Another integrated real estate development or "pocket development"
at Klebang Beach front will attract another tourist sport and
