oil on a dairy base. It is adapted for the supply of fat and milk
powder in the manufacturing of Soft and hard ice cream.
Description: Cream colored powder with neutral taste and smell.
Composition: Hydrogenated coconut fat, sweet whey, icing
sugar, emulsifiers (E**1, E**7), stabilizers, E**1, guar gum,
sodium alginate, Carrageenan, Carboxymethyl, Cellulose, E**0a, Anti
caking agent E**1, Antioxidant, E**0, and Vanilla flavor.
