This polisher is great for acrylic polishing, and it's a good assistant to CNC lase machine for acrylic cutting.
Features:

1, After cutting organic glass (acrylic), the acrylic flame polisher is a good choice to do edge polishing. Prototypes and small batches is the most common.
2, Electrolyzing Water produce Oxyhydrogen blue flame with about ***0 °C. High temperature flame can beautifully process the organic handicraft articles to a high luster.
3, The method is especially useful for polishing of inaccessible positions on the acrylic part-curved and tilted surfaces, holes and inner corners.
4, The most important thing to do before flame polishing is to prepare the edges. Remove the saw marks.
