Properties & application:
  • It is a fast brightener with white layer, high gloss, good brightness.
  • Good leveling power, good dispersing power, good brightness-deposit power, easy to be plated chrome.
  • High concentration, less consumption, good tolerance for impurity, easy maintenance.
  • Wide range for current density, stable process, suitable for nickel plating on middle and high grade workpiece.

Nickel Sulfate (NiSO4·7H2O) 250~320g/L
Nickel Chloride (NiCl2·6H2O) 40~55g/L
Boric Acid (H3BO3) 40~55g/L
N-77A brightener 0.2~0.4ml/L
N-77B softener 6~10ml/L
PH 3.8~4.5
Temperature 50~60℃
Cathode current density 2.5~8.0A/dm2
Anode current density 1.0~3.0A/dm2
Filter Recycle filter continuously
Agitation Move cathode or air agitation
