Brief introduction of Single girder overhead crane LX type
LX electric single girder overhead crane are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with national standards.Using with CD1,MD1 model electric hoist , it can be a light rail to run a small crane. Its lifting weight of 0.5 to 5tons, span of 3 to 16m, working class of A3 to A5 and the working environment temperature of -25 to +40oC. It is forbidden to use in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments.

Traveling mechanism
Adapt separate-driving, driving and braking are finished by tapered brake motor.
The detailed structure is similar as common wire rope electric hoist.
Also adapts trinity-drive system, users can choose according requirements.
 
Electrical Parts
Lifting and crane can be controlled separately, separate traveling or traveling at the same time.
The power supply of electric hoist is flat cable or special cable. 
The electrical appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module.
Equipped with position limiter, traveling position switch etc. 
Ground wire control and ground remote control. 
Power leading has both methods of current collector and flexible cable.

Safety Feature
Weight overload protection device, top quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer, crane traveling limit switch, voltage lower protection function, emergency stop system,current overload protection system and so on.
