Brief introduction of underslung single girder cranes HD type
HD type single girder hoist crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole,used together with CD1 model MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set,it is light duty crane with a capacity of 1ton to 20tons. The span is 7.5m-28.5m. Working grade is A3-A4. Working temperature is -25C-40C degree. HD type single girder hoist crane  is widely used in plants,warehouses,material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible,explosive or corrosive environment.

4.Main girder and end girder adopts bolted connection to ensure strength. 
5.The trolley and crane adopt three-trinity driving mechanism, frequency stepless speed regulating, hard-tooth surface, disc brake.
6.Crane driving IP55, F class insulation, contact continuity reaches 40% ED.
7.Steel plate material Q235 or Q345B ( similar with foreign steel plate Fe3 or Fe52).
8.Main wels joint adopts union melt welding, nondestructive inspection.

1.Safe slide wire provides power:high conductivity ,small voltage drop , current collector slide speed is swift.
2.Lifting mechanism, trolley and crane can be controlled independently, and work synchronously or individually.
