Description

We pleased to introduce our nano material - AKTERM heat insulation paint.
AKTERM consists of high quality acrylic binder, ceramic thin-walled micro-spheres with expanded air. The material also contains special additives, which prevent formation of fungi in conditions of high humidity on the concrete surfaces; make the material light, flexible, expandable, with excellent adhesion to coated surfaces. In terms of consistence and properties, AKTERM is an ordinary paint of white colour, which can be applied on any surface using roller, brush or sprayer. Consumption rate for exterior painting is 1 litre per 1 m2 .  
After drying, elastic heat insulating coating is formed, this has unique heat insulating properties comparing to conventional insulates.  For instance, the layer of 0.5 of heat insulating paint replaces 5 cm of rockwool insulation. The uniqueness of insulating properties is a result of intensive molecular action of expanded air,  located in hollow spheres. The service life of heat insulation under normal operation is *0 years minimum. AKTERM heat insulating paint is designed for production of coatings on concrete, brick, metal and wooden surfaces of any shape, has heat insulating and soundproofing properties.
It can be used:
• for heat insulation of steam and hot / cold water pipes, water heating equipment of boiler rooms;
• for reduction of heat /electricity losses during capital construction and during reconstruction of public and industrial buildings;
• for protection of the walls of residential premises from overheating, UV protection;
• for reduction of cost for cooling and prevention of overheating of refrigerators and freezers;
• for prevention of corrosion and condensate formation on the surface of steel profiled structures.
Advantages
The advantage of AKTERM heat insulating paint is continuous access for inspection of insulated surface, possibility of work in the premises without additional ventilation (since it can be solved with water), retardant for flame and smoke. Liquid heat insulation saves the usable area of the premise due to reduction of insulation layer thickness. Its application allows reduction of the structures weight, reduction of building materials consumption, improvement of comfort in residential premises, reduction of energy consumption for heating or air conditioning of the building.
