EXPLOSIVE FUSE CORD FOR ROCK BLASTING
1.OUTLINE OF EXPLOSIVE FUSE CORD FOR ROCK BLASTING:
Primer cord for rock blasting cord is the one specially designed for rock blasting operations. It is made  a purpose-made explosive wrapped a special covering. It has the detonation velocity and detonation pressure as  required by rock blasting operations, as well as the detonation sensitivity and tensile strength of a  common primer cord. Its principal strengths include the high detonation velocity, evenly distributed charge, and  ability of making smooth sections of the blasted rock. According to different rock types, the cord can  have four different charge amounts:1#:*8g/m±1g/m; 2#:*9g/m±1g/m;3#:*1g/m±1g/m; 4#:7~8g/m.
2.APPLICATION OF EXPLOSIVE FUSE CORD FOR ROCK BLASTING:
1)in rock blasting operations and in a explosive network connected to the ground surface.
2)in the blasting of decorative or building rocks, and also in controlled blasting, smooth-surface blasting, and presplitting blasting.
 
3.PERFORMANCE OF EXPLOSIVE FUSE CORD FOR ROCK BLASTING:
Detonation velocity: 6,**0~7,**0m/s.
Propagation of explosion: the cord itself is fastened, spliced and connected with double bowlines; and can be fully detonated using a No.8 blasting cap.
Detonating performance: a 1.5m fuse can reliably detonated a **0g TNT charge.
Water resistance: the cord, if wrapped by cotton thread, can keep its detonation performance unchanged after being placed one meter deep in calm water with a water temperature between *0℃ and *5℃ for four consecutive hours; the cord, if wrapped by a plastic covering, can keep it unchanged after being placed  five meters deep in calm water with a water temperature between *0℃ and *5℃ for five consecutive  hours.
Heat resistance: the detonating performance keeps unchanged after being placed under *0℃±2℃ for six consecutive hours.
Freezing resistance: the detonating performance keeps unchanged after being placed under **0℃±2℃ for two consecutive hours.
Tensile property: the detonating performance keeps unchanged after the fuse is under **0N static tension.

4.PACKING OF EXPLOSIVE FUSE CORD FOR ROCK BLASTING:
To be wrapped by plastic bags inside and placed in cartons outside.
1# and 2#: four rolls of or**0 meters of the fuse(**0m each roll) to be in one carton;
3# and 4#: ten rolls of or **0 meters of the fuse(*0m each roll) to be in one carton.
