3. Buyer provides a copy of DRAFT LC and ONCE AGREED ON VERIBAGE, we can issue 1% PB to BUYER BANK to activate DLC.
4. Loading of material commences within 3 days of receipt of CONFIRMED DLC.
5. Buyer will confirm the receipt of the material.
