EJ-*9 Silver is a multi-functional OD and ID grinding machine for manufacturing single components and batch lots.  Thismachine type covers a wide range of grindingapplications.It is designed for complex applications that require a high level of workmanship. Software on the CNC control system, FANUC *1i, offers simple operation and programming. It offers large-scale digital axis drives and a precise absolute measuring system in all CNC axes. Separate electronic hand wheels for the X- and Z-axis allow the grindingoperatorto operate manually.  In addition to ergonomics and modern machine design in accordance withCE safety regulations, the EJ *9 silver provides a wide range of special equipment at no extra cost, for example internal grinding device, modern dressing programs, glass scale on the X axis, tailstock with hydraulic operation and many others.  Allwereused in the same way and on the same products(dry rubber) no heavy loads or highdemand were ever placed on the machines.  Original owner will certify that they were in operation before beingtaken out of service due to reduction in production demand.  Maintenance records and manuals available with each grinder.  Training available also
in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
