resist to extreme conditions and to keep the same performance in
various temperatures.
Each machine is personalized according the characteristics of each
installation site. The air and water intake temperatures are the
starting point to the project elaboration, in order to ensure the
productivity with no loss.
By default we consider the ambient temperature of *5 degrees
Celsius and the water intake of *5 degrees.
American, European and Chinese machines works by default with

This way our equipment spends less energy and take less time to
chill the water before freezing it, resulting up to *0% higher
