(4.) Oxygen Balance: **3.9%.

2.Physical Property of TNT for mine use

(5.) Industrial TNT is pale yellow, yellow scaly, and toxic. Its steam and dust can enter the body through the respiratory tract, the digestive tract and skin contact, but it does not dissolve in water.

(6.) The relative density of solid TNT is 1.*6 g/cm³, bulk density is: crystal (0.9 ~ 1.0) g/cm3, scaly (0.*5 ~ 0.*5) g/cm3.

(7.) Melting point of TNT is *0.0 â„ƒ to *1.8 â„ƒ (pure *1.8 â„ƒ), while the boiling point is **0 â„ƒ (explosion)

3.Chemical Property of TNT for mine use

TNT can be lit by flame, burn stably in the air, and belch black smoke. It will turn to explosion in an airtight condition or burning with a high amount of heap. Please pay special attention to this in production.

    Please note: under production condition, the explosion characteristics of TNT has very big change. With the increase of processing temperature, its impact sensitivity increases, such as the melt TNT (*2 â„ƒ ~ **0 â„ƒ), its impact sensitivity is *2% ~ *6%, close to tetryl.

    Besides, TNT in the sunlight or ultraviolet radiation occurs a series of isomerization process. It becomes dark brown, quality declines, sensitivity higher. After **2 hours sunned, TNTs freezing point declines to *6.4 â„ƒ, the impact sensitivity will rise from 4% ~ 8% to *0%, the breaking point is **0 â„ƒ ~ **5 â„ƒ.
