Sealing process
The sealant process is the necessary process in the insulating glass producing line; there are 2 main sealing process , 
1. Butyl extrudering sealing process 
  it's the first sealing process for the insulating glass producing line;The butyl sealant is the primary seal for the insulated glass unit,its the first layer sealant glue.The butyl extruder machine coat the butyl glue on both sides of the aluminum frame, then the aluminum space frame with both sides butyl glue will stick the double glass together tightly
2.Bio-component sealing process
  The process working for sealant of two-component polysulfide sealing, two-component silicone sealing. This process is the second sealant process of the insulated galss. it is the necessary process of making insulating glass

Insulating glass 2 component sealant sealing machine feature:

2.Base material supply system and curing agent supply system using special high-pressure pistion pump and two-way equivalent feeding for the material.Accompaied by pressurized feed pressure late and fully guarrantee pumping high viscosity fluid filled to prevent mixing of air to ensure stable medium output. Pneumatic lifting mechanism to replace the materials quickly and easily.
 
3.Adoption of static reciprocating tube mixer. Small size and light weight. Imports mixed core to mix more evenly durable and reliable, the domestic unique needle and one-way valve to ensure that mixing material does not return and to avoid pipe freezing.
4.Extruding system.
Adoption of import glue gun, the operation is extremely simple. After the first time adjustment of gas pressure, almost no any other operation. Feeing, matching, mixing and spraying in  one  process. just  gently pull  each time  (release) gun  trigger, you  can immediately start the whole system (off). Sensitive high-pressure protection valve (imported) to make the operation easier.
5.The parts contact the fluid are all made of high quality stainless steel . Seal rings use imported high-quality Teflon material which is reliable and durable. Perfect service and spare parts supply so that you can use it without worry.
6.The system is pure air, no electricity, no hydraulic, easy to adjust, simple and safe operation.
