To: End Buyer

 

Seller group, hereby declares and confirms that is ready, willing and able to sell the commodity as per specifications and in the quantity and price as specified in the terms and conditions as hereinafter set forth. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility of the above.

 

 

 

COMMODITY: Eucalyptus Grandis Wood Chip 

 

QUANTITY: **0,**0BDMT (+/*5%);

CONTRACT LENGTH:  One Year *2 shipments (*0.**0BDMT x *2 months);

DELIVERY: One vessel per shipment;

PACKING: Bulk, in containers chip; size under customer requirement

SPECIFICATIONS: WOOD CHIP with 1% bark, *0% humidity, size according to request. MDF and paper grade.

PRICE: U$**6,*0 /BDMT ASWP

PAYMENT TERMS:  LC irrevocable Non Transferable or Transferable revolving at sight, confirmed by first class bank.

DELIVERY TERMS: ****5 days upon receipt and acceptance of Seller Bank Financial Procedures.

INSPECTION: By SGS or equivalent at loading port at Sellers expense.

All costs at loading port are at Sellers expense.  All costs at unloading port are on Buyers expense.

 

PROCEDURES

1. BUYER issues LOI or ICPO along with full banking coordinates and BCL. Seller reviews LOI and other documents and upon acceptance issues Draft Contract for Buyer to review and accept.

2. After BUYER signs and seals Draft Contract and agrees with all terms, returns the Contract to Seller and adds their full banking coordinates confirming all information needed.

3. After all negotiations and discussions between parties have reached a common arrangement, Seller issues final copy of Main Contract Agreement for final signing and sealing by Buyer.

4. Finally the delivery and shipment begins after all procedures between parties are authorized by finalizing the Contract with the specified terms and conditions.
