Description
Sintered NdFeB magnets are the most powerful
commercialized permanent magnets available today, with maximum
energy product ranging from *6 MGOe to *2 MGOe. Nd-Fe-B is the
third generation of permanent magnet developed in the ***0s. It has
a combination of very high remanence and coercivity, and comes with
a wide range of grades, sizes and shapes. With its excellent
magnetic characteristics, abundant raw material and relatively low
prices, Nd-Fe-B offers more flexibility in designing of new or
replace the traditional magnet materials such as ceramic, Alnico
and Sm-Co to achieve high efficiency, low cost and more compact
devices.
Note:The above mentioned data is given at room
temperature.
The above-mentioned maximum working temperature of magnet is
changeable due to the ratio length and diameter, surface coating and
environmental factors.
FAQ
1. MOQ: less quantity is acceptable for your easy start of
business
2. Sample lead time: ****0 days.
3. Port: Shanghai, Ningbo, China any port.
4. Fast Delivery: when you choose the item and decide your design,
we can produce it as fast as possible.
5. If you would like to make an enquiry, how can you contact
us?
7.Is one pole stronger than the
other?
No, both poles are equally strong
9.Can you supply BH Curves, or
Demagnetization Curves for your magnets?
Yes, we've offered Demagnetization Curves for our most common
Neodymium magnet grades right here.
*0.Will my neodymium magnets lose strength over
time?
Very little. Neodymium magnets are the strongest and most permanent
magnets known to man. If they are not overheated or physically
damaged,
neodymium magnets will lose less than 1% of their strength over *0
years - not enough for you to notice unless you have very sensitive
measuring equipment.
They won't even lose their strength if they are held in repelling
or attracting positions with other magnets over long periods of
time.
