Description

Machine Features:
1. Clamping force from *0 ton to **0 ton. Many different oil road system designs (rated, closed circular, serve, energy saving, high speed jet) to meet customer’s requirement.
2. One set of mold, single mold lock structure, two jet system, the inner flow of mold controlled by computer and two materials inject by turn. Two forming finish by one time.
3. Two sets of upper die, two sets of lower die, and three sets of mold lock structure, two jet systems, revolving mold core, two injection to finish at one time finishing two materials injection requirement.

5. It can then complete two-color (two materials) injection molding, (or over-molding).
6. It can expand computer programs and special multi-point (i.e. two upper molds, four lower molds). On the other two lower molds, it can be equipped with automatic inserting and picking-out device to achieve full automatic operation so as to increase production capacity.
