GJH**4E is an enhanced model of the straightening and cutting machine series, with increased power, strengthened structure, long-lasting key parts, and user-friendly operation system.

Increased power

nThe machine is equipped with electric motors of bigger power:
Traction motor: 5.5 kW
Straightening motor: *5 kW
Hydraulic pump motor: 5.5 kW

All motor seats are of enhanced structure, which provides sturdier support.

nThe pressure of the hydraulic system is improved from 8 MPa to *2 MPa.
nWith the improvements in power, as well as those in the structure, the machine is capable of processing smooth wire of?*4mm and ribbed wire of?*2mm with max. yield strength of **0 N/mm2.

Strengthened structure

The improvements in structure and key parts increase the performance and extend the service life of the machine.

nThe structure of the machine is strengthened, with thicker steel plates, angles, U-channels, square tubes, etc.. All bolts are of high strength 8.8 grade.

nWearing parts are made of higher-grade steel material.

nCollecting bench

Big space for holding the steel rods.
A gap between the ground and the steel rods is left for easy hoist.

Total length of the collecting bench is *2.1m. The distribution of the vertical supports is densified at the front sections for rods of smaller length.

Safety measures

nAll motors are equipped with protection relays
nThe anti-tangling device of the decoiler makes unwinding smooth and provides extra safety.
nA safety limit switch of the decoiler cuts off the circuit and stops the
machine when the unwinding
is not smooth.
nThe rotation of the decoiler can be stopped by a mechanical brake when excessive wire is unwound.
nThe safety limit switch under the cover of the rotary straightener cuts off the circuit and prevents operators from personal injuries when the cover is open.

nThe machine stops and the microcontroller sends out warning sound when one batch is finished.
nAn emergency stop button is added to the operation panel.

Simplified operation and facilitated servicing

Operation is made easier by the microcontroller with an enhanced circuit and an operation panel in the local language of the user.

independent measuring rollers, is easier to repair, compared to the measuring device with the encoder inside. A stand-by length limiter (to be fixed on the collecting bench) can be used when the encoder is under repair.
