1.COMPONENT OF LOW-ENERGY PRIMER CORD FOR CIVIL EXPLOSIVE :
1)cotton thread type: PETN  as its core, cotton thread and paper as its wrapper, and asphalt as its moisture-proof layer. 
2)The plastic type : PETN as its core, fiber as its wrapper and plastic as its moisture-proof layer. 
2.PROPERTY OF LOW-ENERGY  PRIMER CORD FOR CIVIL EXPLOSIVE :
high detonating velocity, complete detonation and good water-resistant property. 
3.APPLICATION OF LOW-ENERGY  PRIMER CORD FOR CIVIL EXPLOSIVE :
 1)using as main force detonation  of connecting demolition holes or in detonating nets when conducting mult-points 
2) large-scale demolitions under the circumstances in the open air and without marsh gas or explosion dust. 
4.PERFORMANCE OF LOW-ENERGY PRIMER CORD FOR CIVIL EXPLOSIVE :
Velocity of detonation: not less than ***0m/s.
Detonating capacity: The cord of 1.5m long can completely detonate No.2 rock ammonium antimony  explosive of **0g. 
Detonating sensitivity: It can be completely detonated when connected by the specified methods. 
Water-resistant capacity: The cotton thread type can be completely detonated after 4 keeping hours in water of 1m deep at the temperature of *0~*5℃. The plastic type can be completely detonated after 5 keeping  hours in water of 1m deep at the pressure of *0kPa and at the temperature of *0~*5℃.
Pulling-resistant capacity: It can be completely detonated after bearing a static pulling force of **0N for one  minute. 

5.PACKING OF LOW-ENERGY PRIMER CORD FOR CIVIL EXPLOSIVE :
Box packing: **0m each. Inside: plastic bag. Outside: paper box or wooden box. Box dimension:  **0x**0x**5mm(6.0g/m charge weight), 9.5kg each box（Gr.Wt.）or **0x**5x**0mm(8.0g/m  charge weight), *1kg each box(Gr.Wt.)
