Auto Temperature Cooling System (in short is ATS, also called
Intelligent Engine Cooling System), the main character is that the
traditional belt-controlled radiator fan is replaced by the
Intelligent Electric Induction Fan, and Cooling Module is used the
integrated cooling unit.
The speed and Running of Intelligent Electric Induction Fan(in
short is IDC Fan) is controlled by ECU of ATS, which used PWM
technology, thus can make sure the fans variable stepless speed,
and so keep the engines water temperature and air input temperature
at the best working temperature, where the working efficacy of
engine is the best, and at the same time, the using of IDC fan
avoids the mechanical transmission, thus reduce the energy
consumption of engine.
The integrated cooling unit is paralleling structure, which is to
make radiator and inter-cooler paralleled, compared with the series
cooling unit, it can increase the thermo exchanging efficiency,
reduce the weight and oil consumption.
