***4 ARPA mdl FFSS Field Food Service System (FFSS) Containerized Kitchen in three *0 foot containers, (Asset ID ********0). SN:FFSS***********4, FFSS***********5 & FFSS***********6. The FFSS provides a flexible, transportable, mobile, quickly deployed kitchen that can supply greater than ***0 meals per day. The FFSS is comprised of the Marine Rapid Deployment Kitchen (MRDK) and the Field Sanitation Unit (FSU). The MRDK is comprised of two containers  adjoined together making a *0\' x *6\' x 8\' completely self-contained electrical kitchen. The Prep/Oven container includes a Combi-Steam  Oven, Stainless Reach-in Refrigerator and Dual Tank Coffee Urn. The Cook/Serving container includes two Steam jacket kettles, Deep fat  fryer, *6" x *5" grill, *3" x *5" grill, Braiser and two serving lines. The third container is called the Field Sanitation Unit (FSU)  and contains a three sink stainless steel pot and pan washer w/Insinger Aqua Scrubber, Big Dipper Grease Separator, booster heater,  Mitsubishi air condition unit and air extractor hoods. It is highly recommend all potential bidders screen item (s) prior to placing bid. GL will Provide Tail Gate Loading of Flat Bed Trailer Only. (No generators included).
