Description

Dried Roasted barley malt for beer production. commonly cultivated with very few impurities (0.4) and maximum moisture of about 3.5. volume-weght of 0.9. light yellow brown colour. barley was allowed to sprout then dried.
this product is made from ripe fruit of gramineae annual herbbarely by germination and dry. it is yellow or light yellow-brown. its endosperm is a kind of powder and its big, milky white and light sweet, which is better with big, yellow, full and completed bud. it is one of the main raw materials of beer.
