PVB Chips (Polyvinyl Butyral Color Chips)

Our Chips is applicable for environmental friendly, odorless flexographic, silk screen, gravure printing inks and other inks.
a. Applicable for whiteboard pens, markers, and neutral pens.
b. Inks for aluminum film packaging for foods, such as candy, chocolate, and fast noodles.
c. Exterior wall paints.
d. Colorful safe glass transparent inks.
e. Metal regulator paints or metal protective layer base paints.
f.  PVB Chips can combine with other resins (phenolic aldehyde, epoxy, melamine, cyanate ester) to be used for metal surface layer to make surface more even, improve adhesion force, increase layer tenacity, flexibility, chemical resistance, post-process, and etc.
g. Conducting wire enamel.
h. Textiles, paper coatings.  Applicable for water-resistant fabric coating, thermal paper, oil paper, carbon paper, and etc.
